A very small size allows you to download this program quickly, compared to Internet Download Manager, which measures 5 Mb. For example, JD Unrar the addon can be configured to unpack archives automatically after download.

With the first times I've had some troubles because of a corrupted jar and so on, but I did a clean installation in a new folder, /bin/jd/ (the current one). Then, I launched the .jar, I logged in into My JDownloader and I uploaded a .dlc files that I prepared with my Windows version of JD. Everything went fine, except for 2 files that returned with a 509 error (host problem, same on computer). Since yesterday instead I'm not able to remove the package permanently, because at ever reboot of JD it comes back again; add another package, because not a single package except the problematic one is shown; or even modify the settings permanently, because at every reboot I found the default ones.
